About Us

Oakland Warehouse, LLC owns and manages a portfolio of industrial warehouse properties in Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park, Florida, and oversees a growing beachfront development project in Playa Hermosa, Costa Rica.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Real Estate Assistant with strong social media and digital marketing skills who can also support property management and tenant coordination. This is a versatile position combining marketing, administration, and real estate support across both our U.S. and international projects.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Marketing

Create and manage posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, GoogleAds,and YouTube featuring:

Warehouse leasing opportunities in Fort Lauderdale & Oakland Park

Beachfront lots content for our Costa Rica development (Playa Hermosa)

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand tone across all platforms.

Run ad campaigns, boost posts, and track engagement metrics.

Design flyers, property videos, and marketing materials

Update online listings (Craigslist, LoopNet, Facebook Marketplace.) and respond to inquiries.

Real Estate & Property Management of Oakland Warehouses

Communicate with tenants, coordinate leases, renewals, and maintenance.

Schedule and follow up with vendors (plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, landscaping).

Assist in rent collection and bookkeeping coordination.

Conduct site visits to monitor property conditions and improvements.

Support the owner with email correspondence, and general executive tasks.

Qualifications:

2–5 years of experience in marketing, real estate, or administrative support.

Proficiency with social media tools, and Google Workspace.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Real estate or property management experience is a plus.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred — helpful for Costa Rica coordination.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive, self-motivated work style.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary $20-$24/hr (based on experience) + performance bonuses.
