Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable Assistant Property Manager who is fluent in English and Spanish and holds a valid Florida CAM license. This role is primarily remote, with required in-person property inspections twice per week. The ideal candidate will support our association management team and assist in overseeing our rental properties.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections twice weekly to ensure compliance, safety, and maintenance standards.

Assist with board meetings by preparing documents, attending sessions, and supporting follow-ups.

Meet regularly with the administrative staff to review and address resident complaints.

List rental properties, coordinate showings, and oversee readiness for move-in.

Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and association governing documents.

Provide consistent support to senior property managers in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Valid Florida CAM license (Community Association Manager).

Bilingual (Spanish/English) – written and spoken fluency required.

Prior experience with association management and understanding of Florida Statutes (Ch. 718, 720, etc.).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Tech-savvy and able to work independently from home while coordinating with the team.

Reliable transportation for property inspections and occasional in-person meetings.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with property management software (e.g., Buildium, AppFolio, Vantaca).

Knowledge of rental leasing processes and property turnover.

Prior experience assisting board members and working directly with residents.
