Required tasks:
Daily Management of Properties
Answering Phone calls
Prepare leases
Condo application/approvals for tenants
Work orders
Vendor coordination
Tenant Relations
Rent Collection
3 Day notices/Evictions
Clear violations
This is an in-office position (not remote)
