We are looking for an experienced subcontractor to install exterior doors in Broward County. Must be incorporated, have general liability insurance and workers compensation insurance or workers compensation exemption.
Responsibilities: Adhering to plans and specifications
Basic trim work and attention to detail
Establish good rapport with customers during installation
High level of cleanliness at job site
Requirements: Licensed to install doors in Broward County
Have general liability insurance
Have workers compensation insurance or workers compensation exemption
Experience in installing commercial and residential doors, frames, locks and hardware
Able to read and comprehend NOA paperwork and plans
Have reliable transportation to transport door & accessories to job site
Own proper construction power tools needed to do job
Good problem solving skills
