We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician for part-time or project-based work. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded handyman with experience in electrical work, stucco repair, and general property maintenance.
-Speak English and Spanish fluently
-Perform basic to intermediate electrical repairs and installations
-Stucco patching and exterior/interior repairs
-General maintenance tasks (drywall, painting, minor plumbing, carpentry, etc.)
-Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
-Prior experience in maintenance, handyman, or technician roles
-Working knowledge of electrical systems
-Experience with stucco repair preferred
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Own tools preferred
-Reliable transportation
