We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Prep Cook to join our team at Kresy Pizza & Falafel Bar — a modern, fast-casual kosher kitchen serving fresh pizza, falafel, and vegetarian street foods.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen (prep or line)
Strong knife skills and ability to follow recipes accurately
Fast, organized, and clean — able to handle volume and multitask
Familiarity with kosher or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus (training available)
Responsible and reliable, with good teamwork and communication skills
Speaking and reading English
Responsibilities:
Daily prep of vegetables, sauces, falafel mix, dressings, dough, etc.
Ensuring proper labeling, storage, and food safety standards
Supporting kitchen flow during service hours when needed
Maintaining a spotless and organized prep station
