WHO WE ARE:
We are an online retailer. We sell about 30,000 parts for: boat, PWC (Jetski, Waverunner), ATV, UTV, snowmobile, RV Camper, outboard, inboard, PWC, jet boat engines and engine parts. We sell online in Amazon, eBay, Walmart and our website.
PROFILE AND REQUIREMENTS:
Sales, customer service.
Ability to access online catalogs and different websites to search for information.
Multitasking, smart, proactive, and fast pace.
Ability to deal with many situations and prioritize
Word, Excel, Internet proficient
Office and team work experience
JOB DUTIES:
Work closely with the manager to get trained
Answer online client question about products
Quote and negotiate with client send paypal invoices or charge credit cards
Provide customer service for clients with product questions.
Call vendors for availability.
Work parallel with ordering account managers handling vendors and placing orders.
WORK AND WORK PLACE:
- This is a full time job.
- We work Monday to Friday between 8:30 to 5:00.
- We are flexible in schedule, if you need to leave early or take a time off, but cannot be do that every day, unless notified at the time of enrollment.
- We are located in Hollywood 33023, close to 441 and Hollywood Blvd.
PAYMENT CONTRACT AND BENEFITS:
- Payment: thrusday, bi-weekly.
- W-2 or payroll. Rate $15.00 and UP depending on experience and what are you bringing to the new job.
- We offer workers compensation.
- We do NOT offer other benefits such as vacation, sick days, or paid holidays.
- We provide permits to be absent with no major complications
