We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist the Electrical Project Manager
Job Requirement
Bilingual(English and Spanish)
Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail,etc)
Great Communication Skills (Answer Phone Calls and Speaking to Client)
Administrative Skill( Ordering Material, Requesting Estimates,Invoicing, Filing,etc)
Teamwork Skills
Independent Worker
Estimate Projects
Familiar with reading blueprints and project specifications
May provide supervision and /or on the job training to clerical or entry professional personnel assigned to area of responsibility.
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Starting pay $18.00 per hour
Full Time Monday thru Friday at the office No Part Time
