We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a significant amount of experience working in residential home construction and remodeling, able to read blue prints, communicate effectively with homeowners, building inspectors and sub-contractors.
Past Project Management experience with single family homes is a must.
Possess the ability and skill to read structural drawings, plan sets, and blueprints.
Extreme attention to detail both with building plans and also installation of high-end finishes
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple jobsites
Have impressive organizational and leadership skills
Must have reliable transportation to Boca Raton, FL 33496

Driver's License (Required) English & Spanish speaking /reading (Required)
Responsibilities:
The Project Manager’s main task is to oversee projects from demo to permit closure.
Additionally, they will be required to coordinate building inspections with the Sr. Project Manager required by the City or County for permit approval, and be on-site daily to oversee subcontractors and building inspections
Must be able to read and understand structural plans and blueprints.
Assure job site cleanliness and safety
Inspect all work daily to verify it complies with architectural plans and high quality building standards and log progress in Buildertrend App.
Be familiar with each subcontractors scope of work and ensure they are scheduled to complete the work in the timeframe allotted.
Process and manage change orders with upper management and the clients.
Directly communicate with the Sr. Project Manager and Operations Manager regarding project status
Must be willing and able to work with construction software on an iPad. Entering daily logs, pictures, managing the schedule and Gantt chart.
Job Type: Full-time (after 90 day probation period)
Salary: $80,000 -$85,000 annually (paid weekly)
Benefits: Paid time off
Day shift- typically 8am-4:30pm
Monday to Friday
Some Saturdays will be required
