Capable of Coordinating/Crews, Reading Plans, Understanding Submittals, ordering material; Scheduling Inspections,
Meeting inspectors, Meeting General Contractors
Running 2- 3 man crews
Work if necessary, and time permitting
Must have own tools and transportation
