We have an immediate need for a house manager for a real estate professional in Windermere, FL. The hourly rate is $15-$26/hour, based on experience and scheduling ability.
Tired of your hours getting cut? The job is full time and we have plenty of work available. The job is based at a 10,000 square foot home on Lake Down in Windermere.
Tasks include:
Scheduling meetings, making phone calls on behalf of real estate professional
Driving around Orlando area and other cities in Florida completing tasks and running errands
Housekeeping to include cleaning bathrooms, mopping floors, washing vehicles, taking care of two pets
Light bookkeeping work by entering data into a computer
Ensuring the rooms of the home are well maintained
Scheduling vendors to work at the home, and other locations around town
Managing short term and long term real estate listings
Cleaning short term rental listings
Spanish speaking and passport are plusses, but not required.
The higher rate comes with the expected flexibility of working hours. Hours might include nights and weekends. Some days might by 8-5, but others might be different. You will get full hours every week. Might occasionally require out of town travel to rental locations in other locations where business activities and opportunities are planned, including possible overseas work related travel.
