The Laborer/Concrete Picker is a vital part of our production and distribution process, responsible for accurately identifying, pulling, and preparing concrete products and materials for crushing within the yard.
Locating and retrieving designated concrete components, forms, and supplies within the plant or yard, ensuring accuracy and according to established procedures.
Loading and unloading materials onto pallets, shelves, or into designated staging areas, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
May assist with sorting and organizing materials based on type, size, or other criteria.
Following all safety protocols and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.
Assisting with general yard cleanup duties as needed.
Must pass drug test
Must have reliable transportation to report to the Clearwater yard.
