Pool Service Technician (Route-Based)
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated individual to perform pool cleaning, light janitorial services, and basic equipment checks across multiple properties along a scheduled route. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and property care. A company truck will be provided.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine pool cleaning, including skimming, brushing, emptying baskets, and checking/adjusting chemical levels
Perform routine light cleaning tasks such as trash removal, sweeping, spot-mopping, dusting, and disinfecting high-touch areas
Maintain cleanliness of common areas, entryways, and exterior walkways
Inspect and report on the condition of pool equipment, pumps, filters, and timers
Perform general property and equipment checks, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns
Follow a set route with daily/weekly service schedules across multiple properties
Ensure company equipment and supplies are properly used, maintained, and stored
Requirements
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a route
Experience with pool care
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and reliability
Light physical labor, including bending, lifting up to 25 lbs, and extended periods of walking

Physical labor required; must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (60 lbs.) and perform tasks outdoors in various weather conditions.
Excessive exposure to the outside elements and pool chemicals.
Uniform and personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
$20 per hour to start with a 90 day review, and possible increase.
