Well established manufacturing company in Largo Florida is in need of a Manufacturing Assistant (Lead) in Warehouse/Production Department.
IMMEDIATE START FOR THE RIGHT PERSON! IS THAT YOU
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm
$17.00 to $22.00 depending on experience
Candidate's duties will including blending, filling, and shipping specialty products. Special projects relating to these functions may be assigned as needed.
Warehouse
Pick and pack products to ship.
Process inbound and outbound shipment paperwork
Load and unload trucks, as needed.
Production
Assist in manufacturing and production process, as needed.
- Label bottles and print boxes.
- Fill, cap, and seal products into containers, boxes and bags.
Weekly cycle counts and inventories.
Blend liquid and powder mixtures to various specifications
Manage work orders and operate equipment per scheduled needs.
Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Responsible for quality control standards are met for material and packaging.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High School Diploma Required
- Minimum 2 years experience warehouse or manufacturing
- Forklift and Pallet Jack experience is a PLUS
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, twist, reach overhead, kneel, squat and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be able to read, write and speak English, to include written and verbal instructions.
