Local NORTH ST. PETERSBURG manufacturing company in need of an experienced Lead Material Control Clerk to join their team.
Monday thru Friday Day Shift
$17.00 per hour
Candidate must:
Have knowledge of 5S and awareness of ESD (electrostatic discharge.
Be detail oriented
Possess basic math skills
Have basic keyboard skills
demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
Have Diploma or GED
Minimum one to two years related manufacturing warehouse experience
WAREHOUSE
Pull and kit production work orders
Retrieve material for sales orders and stock jobs from stockroom
Data entry into purchase order system and updates perpetual inventory
Input transactions into company database system and created/maintained written documentation for processing warehouse transactions in the ERP system.
Relocate and transfer stock in company ERP system
Notify buyer of missing parts
Deliver products/parts to production area
Daily Cycle Counts and processes into database
Stock parts onto warehouse shelves
RECEIVING
Load and unload freight carrier vehicles
Count and identify inbound material
Unpack incoming stock
Transfer information from documentation into company ERP system
Create labels from company ERP system
Separate and deliver service returned material authorization to designed service area
Log sales order
STAGING
Run daily backlogs
Build kits
Input order information into company database
Stock product on shelves in warehouse
Document all serial numbers
Print labels
Operate the shrink seal machine
Stage sales orders
SHIPPING
Prepare shipping packaging and labels accordingly and ship material
Relieve inventory for all sales orders
Create commercial invoices
Prepare all paperwork pertinent for shipping products
Give freight quotes
Order shipping supplies
Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time, bend, stoop, reach overhead, twist, kneel, squat and lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to read, write and speak ENGLISH, to include written and verbal instructions.
