We’re hiring a full-time, in-office Executive Assistant to support our founders with marketing, operations, logistics, and admin work. This is an entry-level role with real responsibility and long-term growth.
No experience in marketing or operations required — we will train you.
Looking for someone smart, organized, detail-driven, and reliable.
About the Role
You’ll work directly with the founders to keep daily tasks, projects, and systems running smoothly. This is a mix of:
Marketing & Creative Support
Update simple Canva documents (pricing sheets, flyers, dealer materials)
Organize photos, videos, and digital assets
Help prep basic marketing materials and staging for photos/videos
Operations & Logistics
Track light inventory and supplies
Help with freight tracking and vendor communication
Keep documents, files, and records organized
Assist with product demos, staging, and office setup
Dealer Support (We Train You)
Update reseller lists
Prepare onboarding materials
Assist with scheduling calls/demos
Admin & Executive Support
Calendar/task organization
Follow-up reminders
Summaries, checklists, documentation
General coordination to keep the company running smoothly

Strong communicator
Good with details and numbers
Able to follow instructions exactly
Comfortable using Google Suite
Nice but not required:
Canva experience
Interest in marketing or operations
Desire for long-term growth into management roles
Work Environment & Pay
Full-time, in-office only (Clearwater, FL)
