Essential Responsibilities and Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite.
Excellent organizational multi-tasking and time management skills.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Professional, positive attitude and friendly demeanor with customers and co-workers.
Adapts quickly and efficiently to changing priorities in order to meet customer or team member needs.
Continuously follows policies and procedures while maintaining Boatyard insurance protocol.
