Manages learning programs & facilitation: logistics, content, curriculum, program design and evaluation results
Approve scheduling of all assets and resources dedicated to programs
Coordination point for Product, DSR, and Commercialization teams and stakeholders outside Sales Training team
Serve as escalation point for IT, HR, Sales Leadership, or other stakeholders
Alignment of results and evaluation of program feedback via performance consulting with IT, HR, Sales Leadership, and other stakeholders
Coach and mentor Trainers
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
3 years of Training role experience or 5 years or more in similar business-function role in client/account management, sales support
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Formal facilitation certifications by accredited vendors
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, HR, Education)
Client-facing Call Center experience
