In this role, you’ll lead by example on the floor, ensure smooth day-to-day production, and empower your team to exceed safety, quality, and efficiency targets.What You'll Be DoingLead and develop a high-performing team—from day-to-day guidance to coaching, performance reviews, and career development conversationsOwn the production schedule, resource planning, and shift coordination to maximize output without sacrificing qualityDrive continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and collaborating across teamsEnsure compliance with all safety protocols, audits (5S), and training requirementsMonitor KPIs like productivity, scrap rate, absenteeism, and safety metrics, and take action when they’re off trackCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Supply Chain) to hit production goalsParticipate in CAPEX planning, onboarding of new employees, and support site-wide improvement projects
