We're looking for a RELIABLE applicant with excellent communication skills and a passion for fine food to handle bakery sales at our busy Kamuela bakery.
Duties include helping customers with their selections, keeping the cases fresh and consolidated, making sure the sales and service area is immaculate before, during and after the shop opens and/or closes, depending on the shift. An eye for display is helpful. Basic food handling skills are also required (hand washing, serving food without contact, etc). During down periods there are some prep duties also.
Customer service is our absolute priority. We have wonderful customers who expect excellent service; the ability to communicate clearly is imperative. Must be able to stand for long shifts, handle a fast paced environment or a demanding customer with skill and humor.
Experience preferred but are willing to train the right person.
