Calypso, Malolo and Quicksilver seek boat crew on our large passenger catamarans. All boats runs from Maalaea harbor. Calypso, Malolo and Quicksilver variously run snorkel cruise trips to Molokini and nearshore locations as well as dinner cruises.
We are seeking snorkel crew at this time. Ability to work 3 days per week including at least one weekend day is required. Snorkel shifts generally run from 5:00am - 3:00pm. Dinner cruise shifts generally run from 3:30pm - 8:00pm.
You must be excellent in customer service, safety conscious, possess a healthy dose of common sense, a team player, be able to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must be seaworthy as conditions can be rough.
Snorkel trip crew must be excellent ocean swimmer, able to free dive 20 feet with snorkel gear. Must know how to clear your ears.
Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug tests throughout employment.
Medical marijuana or CBD products with TCH are NOT acceptable.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must speak, write and read English proficiently.

Competitive pay rates. Full time or part-time opportunities available.
$30+ per hour compensation = $20 hourly wage (after approx. 30-60 day training period at $18), plus tips and commissions.
Paid vacation (min. 24 hours/week required); paid health benefits (min. 20 hours/week required). 401K Plan all positions. Waiting periods apply.
We pay time and 1/2 overtime.
