Legal Filing Clerk (Part time)
Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, a 15+ lawyer law firm in downtown Honolulu is looking for an entry level Legal Filing clerk to assist with court filings, client intake and other administrative tasks.
Our office clerks play an important role in managing in-coming mail and documents, scanning documents, and assisting our admin team with various projects and tasks. No prior legal experience required. Comprehensive training will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for learning and advancement within the company.
Successful candidates will have good written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet deadlines; strong attention to detail; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), ability to navigate online portals provided by clients, good organizational skills, ability to work independently and/or in a team environment, along with a desire to learn.
Office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility. This is an onsite only position.
