Facilities Specialist:
The Maui Farm is seeking a dynamic and values-driven individual for a FACILTIES SPECIALIST position to join our team! Under the supervision and direction of the Executive Director, the FACILITIES SPECIALIST supports the delivery of the Family Strengthening Program, Job Readiness Program and Farm-based Programs by repairing and maintaining the facilities, farm, grounds and security systems. The Maui Farm is a community-based nonprofit providing transitional housing and farm-based, family-centered programs to families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. Our programs offer families the opportunity to achieve outcomes related to achieving self-sufficiency including establishing parental resilience, developing healthy life skills, furthering education, obtaining gainful employment, and transitioning to safe, stable housing in the community.
