Immediate opening for an experienced real estate accountant in a small real estate firm.
Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in financial reporting, be able to analyze financial statements, be knowledgeable in Microsoft excel and word and be able to communicate in layman's terms with individuals.
Experience with Skyline, Yardi or MRI preferred.
