The clinic provides an extensive and unparalleled level of patient care, ensuring outcomes aligned with patients' aspirations and the smiles they rightly merit. Currently, the clinic is in search of a dedicated full-time Dental Office Receptionist, to integrate into their dynamic team. The comprehensive job description is outlined as follows:

Some of the job responsibilities will consist of the following:

-2 years of dental front office experience required

-Schedule patient treatment appointments; reschedule patients that miss their appointment and call patients that have not

completed treatment.

-Manage the Doctor and hygiene schedules to achieve utilization goals through efficient use of appointment time.

-Work with clinical team to effectively manage daily patient flow, providing communication and information to the appropriate individuals.

-Handle all treatment paperwork including consent forms, policy forms and exit paperwork.

-Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with the Doctor and promote teamwork through

cooperative and professional behaviors.

-Check patients out.

-Answer and return incoming calls from patients.

-Adhere to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regards to patient’s records.

Ideal candidate must possess the following:

- Have at least 2 years experience as a dental receptionist

- Must be prompt and ready to work.

- Excellent customer service skills.

- Professional demeanor

- Dentrix knowledge a plus!

- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development

- Ability to work collaboratively with other members on the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
