Specializing in commercial and residential window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services, we are experiencing rapid growth and are in need of an internal dispatcher to efficiently manage our expanding crews.

Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound high-volume customer service calls and sales inquiries.
Utilize customer software (QuickBooks/Salesforce) to process daily orders.
Manage multiple service email accounts.
Process phone sales and address customer requests.
Assist in sales efforts through social media support.
Follow up on estimates and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
Previous dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
Strong organizational and keyboard skills.
Excellent phone etiquette.
Proficiency in MS Word and QuickBooks.
Ability to navigate the internet, computer systems, and social media platforms.
1-2 years of customer service experience.
Recommended:
Experience in phone sales.
General knowledge of Chicagoland cities and towns.
Basic understanding of support sales.
Knowledge of residential home services.
Compensation:
$20-22 per hour.
