Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound high-volume customer service calls and sales inquiries.
Utilize customer software (QuickBooks/Salesforce) to process daily orders.
Manage multiple service email accounts.
Process phone sales and address customer requests.
Assist in sales efforts through social media support.
Follow up on estimates and convert them into sales.
Requirements:
Previous dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment is essential.
Bilingual in Spanish is a significant advantage.
2+ years' experience in customer service
Strong computer skills
Experience in reviewing documents for accuracy
Ability to manage a multiple-line phone system
Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to see what needs to be done, take charge, and do it!
Experience in phone sales.
General knowledge of Chicagoland cities and towns.
Basic understanding of support sales.
Knowledge of residential home services.
Compensation:
$23-26 per hour + incentives for leads and achievements of team goals

We are currently seeking an Dispatcher who will be working with the Service Manager to maintain the Service Technicians' schedules and dispatch them as service calls are completed, prioritizing each Technician to the proper call.
