Office ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee a variety of responsibilities as our current manager approaches retirement. The successful candidate will handle month-end processes, account reconciliations, credit card reviews, and order processing. Additionally, you will engage in customer outreach for past due accounts and perform general administrative and clerical duties. Collaboration with our CPA to provide financial documentation and assist with inquiries is crucial. You will document financial transactions, recommend financial actions, prepare financial statements, audit documents, manage customer relations for specific orders, and oversee purchase orders and inventory.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s) with the opportunity of Direct-Placement following the initial six month period.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Johnston, Iowa.Work EnvironmentThis role requires on-site presence at our facilities from Monday-Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM/12:00 PM.
