If you have a "zero-defect" mindset and a passion for high-quality results, we want to hear from you.Your Day-to-DayAs a Press Operator, you will be the "pilot" of your machine, responsible for converting raw materials into finished, high-quality printed products.Machine Ownership: Set up, install printing plates, and adjust cylinders according to precise specifications.Quality Control: Monitor ink viscosity and color sequences to ensure every product meets our "zero-defect" standard.Troubleshooting: Use your mechanical aptitude to detect malfunctions and perform root-cause adjustments rather than "band-aid" fixes.Collaboration: Work with your team to meet production targets while maintaining a safety-first environment.
