Manufacturing Human Resources Business Partner

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our manufacturing facility in Wichita, Kansas.  In this role, you will serve as a partner to our Production and Production support teams, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational success.Job Responsibilities:Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goalsActively engage with employees on the production floor throughout all shifts, providing guidance, support, and real-time feedback to ensure safety, quality, and operational efficiency.Support talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee developmentAnalyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendationsManage employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessaryDevelop and implement HR programs to enhance employee engagement and retentionEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsAssist with and facilitate organizational change management initiativesConduct training sessions on various HR topics for managers and employees
