Senior Financial Analyst - Manufacturing

We are seeking a results-driven finance professional to support strategic planning and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for enhancing operational analysis, developing key performance indicators, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions. The position partners closely with accounting, finance, and plant operations to ensure financial outcomes accurately reflect operational performance. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. The ideal candidate will proactively identify risks and opportunities, support inventory financial controls, and communicate findings effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership. Job ResponsibilitiesEnhance operational analysis and deliver comprehensive reports to bolster strategic planning, thereby enabling the organization to fulfill its goals.Forge synergies with the accounting and finance departments, as well as plant operations, to ensure that financial outcomes are a true reflection of operational efficiency.Proactively identify potential areas for improvement or risk within the manufacturing environment and engage collaboratively with stakeholders to seize opportunities or mitigate risks.Craft and analyze key performance indicators to pinpoint primary drivers of success, inform strategic decisions, and unearth potential business prospects.Participate in the annual budgeting and planning processes, as well as monthly forecasting and planning activities.
