Job Responsibilities:
- Skillfully perform both remodeling and handyman projects with a high standard of craftsmanship in the greater Louisville area
- Establish a positive relationship with customers, and ensure they are thrilled with LH&R's work and service.
- Communicate with customers about the work being done and ensure understanding, as well as answer any questions they may have
- Use company-provided iPad to review work orders and photos in preparation for next day’s tasks and to document notes and upload photos upon job completion
- Safely operate and maintain the company vehicle and equipment
Job Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years of experience in more than one of the following: Remodeling – bathrooms, kitchens, and basements / Finish carpentry / Framing carpentry / Siding, windows & doors / Drywall / Tile work / Painting
- Must own power and hand tools
- Must be able to work off ladders and roofs
- Clear driving record – No DUIs in the last 5 years
- Clear criminal background
- Clear drug screening
