Specialty contractor seeking motivated individuals who want to work. Duties include all forms of manual labor: lifting (some heavy) and moving materials, loading and unloading products and machinery from vehicles, excavating and refilling holes and routine ground maintenance tasks. Individual will assist crew chief with production and provide assistance in an overall team effort. This individual will be required to work outdoors in all types of weather, and can include working in confined spaces with various types of equipment. The individual will also be required to stand for long periods of time and be able to operate a variety of simple and complex construction tools and machinery. INDIVIDUAL MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE AND A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD, AND BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREENING TEST TO OBTAIN NECESSARY GOVERNMENT CLEARANCES - NO EXCEPTIONS. This candidate must be able to listen and complete oral and written instructions accurately, to learn the company's products, processes, safety procedures, installation techniques and equipment use.
