Maglev is looking for fast-paced enthusiastic, motivated, and collaborative interns who have a drive to learn and will specialize in electrical and aerospace engineering. They will work under the direction of a lead engineer to develop and implement project deliverables. Project sizes will vary and will consist primarily of electrical, and aerospace engineering projects.  Responsibilities: Design & Implementation: Assist in the design, assembly, and testing of electrical and control system prototypes. Wiring & Integration: Perform hands-on work with wiring harnesses, component soldering, crimping, and electrical system assembly to ensure robust and clean integration. System Debugging: Actively participate in the troubleshooting and debugging of complex integrated systems, including hardware, software, and communication failures. Communication Protocol Work: Work with and debug various communication protocols, such as SPI, I2C, UART (Serial), CAN Bus, or Ethernet, to ensure reliable data transfer between microcontrollers, sensors, and actuators. Documentation: Maintain clear and thorough technical documentation for all designs, experiments, and testing procedures.
