Our client, an insurance company in Anodver, MA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Welcome Center, serving as the first point of contact for policyholders and agents. This is a 100% onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30 temp-to-hire role with the opportunity for 1 remote day per week once permanent. The CSR will handle high-volume inbound calls, provide Tier 1 insurance support, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. It is compensating $23/hour.
