LDL DESIGN CENTER INC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and light commercial renovation projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, scheduling, budget tracking, quality control, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification.
The Project Manager serves as the primary on-site and client-facing representative of the company and is responsible for maintaining communication with clients, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, crews, and subcontractors.
Supervise daily job-site operations and ensure safety compliance.
Coordinate materials, inspections, and deliveries.
Communicate with clients and provide project updates.
Monitor budgets, change orders, and quality of work.
Maintain basic job documentation and reporting.
