Handy person wanted

Looking for an independent contractor for repairs at various locations in apartment buildings in Fall River. Must have basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing. Must have valid driver's license. Must be dependable, with a reasonable response time. Must be able to pick up materials if needed. Liability insurance a plus, contractor license a plus. This is on a job-by-job basis - but am willing to discuss a minimum guarantee in return for dependability. Must be willing to be available on the rare occasions that there is an emergency call. References are required. Background check will be performed.
