Looking for a carpenter, general handy man, some plumbing etc. Be able to think on your feet. I need to be able to leave you on a job site and trust you will be able to handle the tasks at hand.
We can do hourly or sub-contract work. I'm flexible.
Please have a positive attitude, you may be the only point of contact my customer meets that day or the person I work with that day. Please be socially competent and mechanically competent.
No drugs or alcohol. I don't care about weed. But in general I don't have the time to deal with covert addicts.
Some of the work is easier than other work. We can vary compensation depending on the task at hand.
Some can be "piece work" , some can be hourly. Some we'd work together. Some I would show you what to do than you'd do it on your own.
I'm open and flexible to different ways to work.
