Analyze and review complex data for completeness and data accuracy

Complete Source to Target documentation for integrations

Evaluate quality of data as part of integration activities

Conduct peer review analysis and interpretation of others work

Oversee ad-hoc client and operational reports developed and presented by others

Present analysis and interpretation for operational and business review and planning

Support short and long term operational/strategic business activities through analysis

Develop and implement effective/strategic solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

Positions in this function research and investigate key business problems through quantitative analyses of utilization and healthcare costs data. Provides management with statistical findings and conclusions. Identifies potential areas for medical cost improvements and alternative pricing strategies. Provides data in support of actuarial, financial and utilization analyses.

5+ years of analytics experience focused on Eligibility, Medical and Pharmacy Claims data

5+ years of experience creating and interpreting Source to Target documentation

Intermediate proficiency with SQL, and/or other statistical programs

Proficient in Agile Project Methodology

Proven solid analytical expertise: data visualization, data analysis, data manipulation, data extraction, reporting and communicating your findings

Proven highly organized individual

Preferred Qualification:

Proficient in SAS

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
