Employee Engagement:Support initiatives that enhance employee engagementCoordinates and manages day-to-day domestic tier meetingAssists in executing communications plan as determination by leadership.Coordinate Systematic Training Manage the training matrix as created by the Plant Leadership TeamEnsure compliance with training requirements for each roleFacilitate the posting of open positions in a manner that prioritizes needed skillsetsPartner with Frontline Supervisors:Assist in executing requirements according to the Collective Bargaining AgreementCollaborate with human resources as needed to manage any aspects of timekeeping for domestic manufacturingOTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Represent the company in a professional manner.Interacts with external vendors and representatives.Ensure a clean and safe work environment.Complete other duties as assigned from time to time by management.
