We are seeking to hire an experienced maintenance technician to add to our team, to start immediately, for apartments in downtown Springfield, MO. Main duties will be to help with maintenance work orders, painting, drywall, and working on apartment make readies, and other general repairs. Must be able to lift 50 lbs., climb a tall ladder, be on roof tops, and work hard. Must have basic tools. No smoking on the job site. Can not be on your phone during work. Must be timely, able to take direction and have VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION (this is a requirement). Some work will be done outside in the heat/cold.
