Inventory Specialist

General Summary Of Duties:Facilitate the flow of inventory items throughout the Hotel.  Daily maintenance of computerized inventory system.  Daily, monthly cost and revenue reports. Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)Receiving and verifying shipments from vendor.Processing in-house orders verifying products is correct. Conducting regular inventory audits to reconcile stock records.Organizing and labeling inventory in a warehouse.Reporting inventory discrepancies and working with purchasing teams.Audit all warehouse paperwork and all pricing variances.Using inventory management software to track and update stock in real time.
