Salary $100,000.00 $120,000.00 /year
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee nightly operations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Support managers and team members to uphold Kamu’s high hospitality standards.
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Serving guest and rooms if necessary to help out servers.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Head Server or Head Bartender.
Promoter or Club Host experience in Las Vegas is a plus.
Established connections within the Las Vegas nightlife industry are highly desirable.
Exceptional customer service skills and a professional hospitality attitude.
Ability to work night shifts.
Basic managerial skills, including team supervision and operational planning.
Well-groomed, polished, and presentable appearance.
