Production Supervisor - Mechanical

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor with strong mechanical skills to join our team. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, troubleshoot and maintain machinery, and ensure top-quality output while driving continuous improvement.This is more than just managing production, it’s about inspiring a team, building accountability, and fostering growth.  Your leadership, hands-on mechanical know-how, and understanding of automation will be key to success. Key Responsibilities:Lead, develop, and motivate a production team.Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery and automation equipment.Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient.Manage workloads, absenteeism, and shift coverage.Use data and reports to drive productivity, reduce waste, and improve processes.
