We’re a small crew with big goals, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in, stay busy, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Who We’re Looking For:
When equipment breaks → you fix it.
When everything is running → you either jump in an excavator/dozer/loader and produce, or you hop in one of our tri-axle dump trucks and haul material.
This is a full-time, year-round position with plenty of variety.
You MUST have:
Real experience diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment (dozers, excavators, loaders, skid steers, trucks & trailers)
Proven ability to safely and productively operate the same equipment OR
A Class A or B CDL with a clean driving/roadside safety record
Your own reliable transportation - position based in Franklin
Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug testing
A commitment to working safely with purpose - no shortcuts, get-it-done attitude
Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed
