Re-Disclosure Specialist - Remote/hybrid/in-office

The Re-Disclosure Specialist will handle all loan file initial disclosures and re-disclosures to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. This position will also issue all initial disclosures and re-disclosures.Understanding the requirements for RESPA, TILA and MDIA regarding disclosingProcess all requests within 3 business days of application and valid change to ensure compliance with governance, policies, and proceduresResponsible for determining if re-disclosure is allowableUnderstanding the complexity of multiple states' requirements for taxes, transfer taxes, mortgage taxes, recording fees, and any state-required feesUnderstanding of FHA loansManaging expectations to stay within company turn times
