Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable High-Performance E-Bike Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide crucial support for maintenance and repair tasks on high-performance e-bikes and play a key role in keeping our shop clean and organized. Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Bike Maintenance and Repairs:
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as tire changes, battery checks, and electronic system diagnostics on high-performance e-bikes.
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues with e-bikes.
- Collaborate with the service team to coordinate repairs, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Keep accurate records of e-bike maintenance and repair tasks.
2. Inventory Management:
- Assist in receiving and organizing e-bike inventory.
- Help with restocking and replenishing e-bike accessories and spare parts.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
3. Shop Cleanliness and Organization:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the shop, storage areas, and workstations.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are properly stored and in good working condition.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.
- Implement and follow safety and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and organized shop environment.
4. Product Knowledge:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge in the high-performance e-bike sector.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance expertise in e-bike technology.
- Share product information and knowledge with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in e-bike mechanics is a plus.
- Passion for high-performance e-bikes, with a good understanding of the industry.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform e-bike maintenance and repairs.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail for inventory management and shop cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and products.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
