Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Front of House Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home.
Share your knowledge of our menu and assist customers with their orders.
Process orders using our P.O.S. system and serve food and beverages.
Keep dining areas clean and inviting for our guests.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests
Kitchen Support:
Assist kitchen staff with food prep, especially with fryer operations.
Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, following safety and sanitation standards.
Support kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
What We’re Looking For:
A friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a professional approach.
At least one year of experience in customer service, restaurant, or hospitality preferred.
Previous kitchen experience, especially in food prep and fryer operation, is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, following safety and sanitation standards.
