Position in facilities and utilities needed for a mobile home community. Will train in wastewater/drinking water systems. Mechanical/electrical/general construction knowledge preferably but will train. Landscaping and property maintenance. Comparable to a public works department. Local/potential night/weekend service calls. Starting $20 per hour, medical/dental/401K. drivers license. Heavy lifting may be required.
