PacifiCap Property Management Company is seeking a Full-Time professional Maintenance Supervisor for their Casa Bonita location. We are committed to hiring and retaining excellent and skilled employees who are self-motivated, reliable, honest, and take great pride in their work and job performance. As a full-time Maintenance Tech, you will attend to any and all residential apartment and town-home needs in a timely and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities:

· Supervise maintenance staff

· Supervise and prepare units for new tenants in a timely manner

· Walk the property grounds daily to ensure safety and cleanliness, such as free of litter and pet waste at all times

· Schedule Vendors and Contractors for property Turns and projects

· Ensure that the mailrooms, fitness center, and dumpster areas always remain neat and free of litter

· Promptly notify Property Manager of safety concerns or deficiencies in property appearance

· Coordinate staff to respond to emergency maintenance calls

· Assists with completing resident work orders within 24 hours

· Interact with residents in a professional and courteous manner

· Remove snow (as applicable)

· Vacuum interior hallways, empty trash receptacles, replace trash lining (bags), sweep and mops floors, clean windows, dust furniture, clean and stock restrooms

· Assists with turns, work orders and warranty claims

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· At least one year of previous experience in a similar position

· Valid driver's license, proof of car insurance and dependable transportation is also required.

· Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.

· Must be physically fit to stand for longer periods.

· Must be motivated, efficient, and have the ability to follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
